The new Marine Tourbillon is a gorgeous new offering from Le Locle-based Ulysse Nardin. This timepiece combines several features into one very elegant Watch Replica . First is the Grand Feu white enamel dial with stylish Roman numeral hour indicators and minute ring. This serves as the perfect backdrop for the flying tourbillon at 6 o’clock which is course the central focus of the timepiece. There is also a power reserve indicator up top.
The enamel dial is made in-house by Ulysse Nardin enamel specialists Donzé Cadrans; grand feu being a reference to the way in which the enamel is created (see our in-depth “Enamel Explained” for more on “great fire” and other enamel techniques). Inside is the manufacture caliber UN-128, with 60 hour power reserve and silicium components. Ulysse Nardin is a highly capable manufacture and everything from the tourbillon cage, wheels, screws and hairspring are produced entirely in-house.
